Since opening our doors, Hot Yoga Republic has proudly partnered with Vitalant to host six blood drives because we believe one simple act of kindness can change the course of someone else's life. Somewhere today, a child fighting cancer, a mother experiencing a traumatic birth, or a stranger rushed into emergency surgery is alive because another human being took an hour out of their day to donate blood.
You'll probably never meet the person you help. They'll never know your name. There won't be applause, a trophy, or a headline. Just the quiet, extraordinary knowledge that because you showed up, someone else gets another birthday, another holiday, another chance to hug the people they love.
That's what a hero looks like.

HEALING SOUND BATH WITH FAYE WYLDER
This sound bath is offered in honor of those whose lives have been touched by breast cancer—and for anyone who understands that sometimes we need a place where we don’t have to be strong, useful, optimistic, or anything at all.
There is nowhere to be. Nothing to achieve. No one to impress.
Close your eyes, settle into stillness, and allow the vibrations of crystal singing bowls to quiet the mind, soften the body, and gently restore what life so often depletes.

Why the National Alliance of Mental Illness? (NAMI)
Because mental health touches every family in one way or another. NAMI Marin provides free education, advocacy, support groups, and resources for people living with mental illness—and for the people who love them. They do incredible work helping our community feel less alone.
Here's the game plan:
7:00 AM: We'll kick things off with Bailey's class in San Rafael. A great place for us all to come together and sweat before the walk! (We need a real workout before the walk. Hahahaha!)
After class: We'll head over to McInnis Park for the NAMI Walk.
Stick around afterward for the celebration...or head off and enjoy the rest of your Saturday!

Hot Yoga Republic is teaming up with Jake & JT’s and StretchLab for a morning built to make you stronger, sweatier and significantly more stretched out than when you arrived.
Even better? This is a benefit for Play Marin
Play Marin is a Marin County nonprofit dedicated to making sure every kid gets the chance to play. Through sports, recreation and enrichment programs, Play Marin creates opportunities for children who might otherwise be left on the sidelines—giving them access to great coaches, teammates, mentorship and the confidence that comes from being part of something bigger. This is why we’re showing up Saturday morning: to get stronger, sweat together and help more Marin kids get in the game.
Overview:
We’ll start with CARDIO STRENGTH TRAINING from the world-famous coaches at Jake & JT’s.
Then we’ll turn up the heat with HYR Power Yoga with Erika Fischer.
Then hand those hardworking muscles over to StretchLab for a discounted assisted stretch.
