Studio FAQs
CLASS & AUTO DEBIT CANCELLATION POLICY.
Your first class is complimentary…Yay!
Your first class you will receive a complimentary mat and towel…how cool is that? After that time we have mats and yoga towels for rent or sale.
We have limited class sizes, so we ask that you pay for and reserve your class in advance of arriving at the studio.
If you are a student, you can pay as you go in studio or you can buy class packs so that you have the ability to reserve your classes.
You may cancel your Monthly Unlimited Auto Debit at any time without penalty by simply sending an email to Kathryn@hotyogarpublic.com. It’s an easy policy, but we do need you to write email so we have a record of your cancellation.
However if you forget to cancel your auto debit for whatever reason, and your auto membership payment still goes through, we cannot provide a refund as we get penalized by our payment processing system.
We will gladly offer you credit for your payments for future classes. Thanks!

Having trouble reserving a class? No problem! Email Kathryn@hotyogarepublic.com and if there’s space in the class, we’ll reserve it for you and get you all squared away when you visit.
Bring your own mat, towels and props, but if you forget anything we have a wide selection of low cost mats and towels for rent or sale if you need to purchase one.
LOST ITEMS: If you forget an item at the studio, and it was your great great great grandmother’s very favorite Lululemons handed down from generation to generation, please come back and retrieve your belongings as soon as you possible. We must wash sweaty items or things get funk-ay real quick, and we will hold onto items for a few days, but with more than 6,000 visits a month, we cannot be responsible for lost items.
WE KEEP IT CLEAN.
Our studio is brand new. We keep it clean and sanitized.
We sanitize all studio surfaces with EPA safe, hospital grade disinfectants.
We clean before and after each and every class.
